RETURNS: We require that you advise us of any desired returns, which we must confirm. No Rigging/Mounting items may be returned under any circumstances, unless proven to be of defective material or workmanship. Any pre-approved returns must be sent to Modern Studio Equipment, Inc. prepaid. Returns will only be honored 20 days from our return authorization. All returns are subject to our acceptance inspection. BILLING: Should you be pre-approved to have a direct billing account with us, all invoices; are due 30 days from the date of our invoice.Late charges of 1½% will be added on invoices beyond their due date, per month, unless other agreements, in writing, have been made by concerned parties. Accounts in arrears will be requested to settle billing prior to our honoring new orders.Should an account be referred to our collection agency, all fees and necessary court costs will be assumed solely by buyer.
